        Body Rub, Inc. guarantees this product free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one/two/three years from the date of purchase, except as noted in the following. This product warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or abuse, accident, the attachment of any unauthorized accessory, normal wear and any other conditions that are beyond the control of Body Rub Inc. Body Rub Inc. shall not be responsible for any type of incidental, consequential or special damages. This includes but is not limited to those implied warranties of fitness and merchantability, which is limited in the total duration of two/three years from the original purchase date.

         To obtain warranty service on your Body Rub massager, mail the unit including the dated sales receipt along with a check or money order in the amount of $10 payable to Body Rub, Inc. for shipping and handling costs. Upon receipt, Body Rub, Inc. will either repair or replace the massager and return it to you postage-paid. Warranty is solely through Body Rub, Inc. Service Center. Service of this product by anyone other than Body Rub, Inc. Service Center voids the warranty. The three years full warranty does not apply to clearance/auction/special sales unless specifically and clearly stated on the sales receipt.  One year warranty is assured to all new product and model including from clearance/auction/special sales. Full three years warranty is available while purchase from authorized dealer for an extra cost. After the one to three years full warranty period, parts and servicing will be available for all products for a minor fee.  We guarantee that the repair cost for any out of warranty services will not more than $70, which includes a brand new replacement. 

            This warranty provides you with specific legal rights. You may have additional rights that may vary from state to state. Because of individual state regulation, some of the above limitations and exclusions may not apply.

the U.S., respectively. This 'US' indicator includes products eligible to bear the 'NRTL' indicator. NRTL, i.e. National Recognized Testing Laboratory, is a designation

granted by the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to laboratories which have been recognized to perform certification to U.S. Standards.
