BodyRub Mate Installation and Application

1. Put the machine on the mate as showed, make sure that rubber handles are in the wooden indentation (only on one side of the board).

3. Add rubber washer, metal washer on the screwer before tieing up the net.

4. Tighten the screwer.

5. Make sure that both sides are tied firmly in your desired height, adjust again if necessary.

6. Now you can use the machine in your office or in your comfortable home, anywhere you want.
